We do not accept VVV gift vouchers or museum gift cards. You can purchase a Museumkaart at the ticket desk and use it straight away. The price of an adult Museumkaart, for visitors aged 19 and over, is €75.00.

Children and young people under 18 always have free admission to the museum. Do you have a disability and are you visiting with a companion or carer? Your companion may enter the museum free of charge. 

Are you a Friend of the Fundatie? Then you also always have free admission. You can become a Friend for €40 per year, or €65 for two people.

Would you like to visit with a group of more than 10 people? Please book in advance. You can email rondleidingen@museumdefundatie.nl.

We also offer guided tours and a special programme for schools. For people with a visual impairment, we organise sensory guided tours.

Pets are not allowed inside Kasteel het Nijenhuis or in the sculpture garden. Officially trained assistance dogs are welcome.

Coming by train? From Heino railway station, keep the village behind you, cross the railway track and walk through the woods to Kasteel het Nijenhuis in about 20 minutes. The walk is approximately 1,200 metres.

You can park for free at Kasteel het Nijenhuis.

The sculpture garden at Museum de Fundatie Heino and the Orangerie exhibition space are easily accessible with a manual or electric wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter. Inside the building, there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet with support rails. There are two disabled parking spaces at the end of the driveway, before the moat on the right-hand side.

Do you not use a wheelchair, but find walking or standing for a long time difficult? We will be happy to help. Wheelchairs are available to borrow at the entrance. You can reserve one in advance by calling +31 572 388188. Gallery stools are also available to borrow at the ticket desk in front of the castle building. This means you can sit down whenever you like and enjoy everything there is to see at your own pace. In the sculpture garden, there are also several places to sit, as well as chairs that you can move if needed.

Kasteel het Nijenhuis is unfortunately only partly accessible with a wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter. There is no lift in the building and there are many thresholds. Please bear this in mind when planning your visit. The Orangerie is accessible with a wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter. Exhibitions are shown in the Orangerie all year round.

Museum de Fundatie Heino has a museum café on the ground floor, with a view of the sculpture garden. The café is easily accessible, including for visitors using a wheelchair or walker. You can enjoy lunch, drinks or a coffee here.
